Tanner Buchanan and Mary Mouser, co-stars on Netflix's Cobra Kai, have announced their engagement after keeping their relationship private.
“We’re thrilled to finally share that we’re engaged. This is such a meaningful moment for us, marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of another,” Buchanan shared on Instagram Thursday, posting several pictures of the couple. “We’re incredibly grateful for the love and support, and while we cherish our private moments, we’re excited to share this milestone with you all.”
The official Netflix Instagram account also shared the exciting news.
“COBRA KRYING BECAUSE TANNER BUCHANAN & MARY MOUSER ARE ENGAGED,” the post read, alongside pictures of the couple proudly displaying their engagement rings.
The announcement came just a day after Buchanan and Mouser publicly confirmed their relationship at the Cobra Kai series finale premiere in Los Angeles. The pair shared a kiss on the red carpet and flaunted their rings for the cameras.
Although they had kept their relationship private, the couple occasionally shared glimpses of their bond. In 2022, Buchanan posted a photo on Instagram of him giving Mouser a piggyback ride at Disneyland Paris. Back in 2021, Mouser had also given Buchanan a seemingly platonic shout-out on social media.
