Thunder Dominates the Cavs in a One-Sided NBA Showdown
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Oklahoma City Thunder to a dominant 134-114 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers, scoring 40 points in a showdown between the NBA's top teams.
Both teams now share identical 34-6 records, with the Thunder leading the Western Conference and the Cavaliers topping the East. Cleveland had previously won the first meeting 129-122 on January 8.
In this rematch, the Thunder handed the Cavaliers their worst loss of the season. Lu Dort contributed a season-high 22 points, while Jalen Williams added 19 to help Oklahoma City secure their fourth consecutive win.
Darius Garland recorded 20 points and nine assists for Cleveland, with Jarrett Allen adding 13 points in the loss.
